Towns and neighborhoods we regularly visit
Hendersonville is the home base. We also visit Gallatin, the Sumner County side of Goodlettsville, White House, Millersville, Portland, Shackle Island, Cottontown, and the lake-adjacent streets around Indian Lake and Drakes Creek when the job is a residential bathroom. If you are farther out in Sumner County and the drive is reasonable, send the form and we will tell you if we can put you on the calendar.
How we decide whether a job is in range
A job is in range when it is a homeowner bathroom in or near Sumner County and we can stand behind the wet-area work after an in-home look. A job is out of range when it is a commercial restroom, a flip that needs overnight crews in another metro, or a house we cannot reach without turning the estimate into a travel day. We would rather say no than list towns we do not actually serve.
What Hendersonville and Sumner County houses usually need
The stock we see most often is 1970s through early-2000s baths: 60-inch tubs, cultured-marble surrounds, oak vanities, and floors that have seen a generation of lake humidity. First-floor hall baths that have to work for aging parents are a common reason for Accessibility Bathroom Remodel and Tub-to-Shower Conversion. Newer houses still call when a pan fails or a primary bath never worked the way the builder brochure promised.
Permits and the visit
Plumbing and electrical changes that require a permit in Hendersonville or the surrounding Sumner County jurisdictions are planned on the estimate. We do not treat inspection as a surprise add-on. If your city or county needs a different path, we say so before demolition.
